I just completed the section about Der fliegende Holländer. Complete means I listed all the recordings I am aware of (155 audio and 55 video recordings currently). I have no doubt that there are more recordings around. If you know one just let me know. In any case this is the most comprehensive list of all known recordings of the Flying Dutchman.
