It’s time to give you a short update what’s going on here at wagnerdisco.net. Currently I work in four fields at the same time.

In the audio section I add Rheingold recordings that are not part of a complete Ring cycle. When finished (probably about the end of the month) Die Walküre will follow.

In the video section I will add the remaining Walküre recordings. As in the audio section the individual parts of a complete Ring cycle will follow later.

When I get new recordings I will make them available but it takes some time. There are currently about 50 recordings in the pipeline. Thanks to all who send me new recordings. If you see a Wagner recording that’s not listed here, feel free to contact me.

Since this website is called wagnerdisco I think it’s appropriate not to forget Siegfried Wagner, the son of Richard Wagner. He was a opera composer like his father though his success (at least today) is limited. I started an own Siegfried Wagner section and will add more of his works from time to time.
